Book Trust’s team of educators, nonprofit professionals, fundraisers, marketers, and operations experts has a results-oriented approach to making this vision a reality. How? We’re fully remote with team members working across the nation, from California to Pennsylvania. Collaboration and growth mindsets are a must. So are fresh perspectives, creative ideas, and reading recommendations! We leverage monthly all-staff meetings to stay connected and launch new initiatives. Our quarterly stepback meetings preserve time for reflection and planning.
